Machinery information

Machine descriptions, specifications, photographs, statements and availability may be supplied by owners or other sources. Buyers are responsible for verifying condition, configuration, serial number, compliance, suitability and completeness before purchase.

Prior sale and changes

All machinery offers are subject to prior sale, withdrawal, errors and changes without notice unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract.

Brokerage role

Where Serba Graphics acts as broker or intermediary, the machine purchase agreement may be concluded directly between buyer and seller. Brokerage compensation and transaction terms are governed by the applicable written agreement.

Inspection

Prospective buyers should inspect machinery or arrange qualified inspection before purchase whenever practical.
